| Competition, our most fundamental capitalist ethic is the subject here. This work is both funny and scary. It tickles the viewer to see me as a fish, but there is nothing funny about the dark, murky water, or the sharp, shiny, menacing hook poised above my head. I invite the viewer to speculate on what exactly is at the end of this hook? |
